A 25-year-old far Northwest side man is accused of getting a teenage girl drunk and sexually assaulting her at a house party.
An arrest affidavit stated the girl, who was 14-years-old at the time, reported the incident last April.
However, police just arrested Jose Falcon, 25, Tuesday. He is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and furnishing alcohol to a minor.
According to the affidavit, the teen told police she met Falcon at a party at an apartment in the 8700 block of Cinnamon Street.
She said Falcon gave her an “excessive” amount of alcohol, then began having sex with her in a bedroom.
The girl told police that Falcon stopped sexually assaulting her when a security guard arrived at the apartment to shut down the loud party.
The affidavit stated the girl told police that when this happened, she was listed as a missing person.
She said she had runaway from home and gone to the party with a woman who was allowing her to stay in her home, the affidavit stated.
Police said both the woman and the host of the party also will face criminal charges.
According to the affidavit, the woman is expected to be charged with harboring a runaway, while the party host will face charges of furnishing alcohol to a minor.
