SAN ANTONIO -

San Antonio police say a woman who struck a patrol car early Sunday morning had several warrants, a suspended license and was intoxicated at the time of the crash.

An officer was responding to a call for help when his police cruiser was stuck at the corner of Cesar Chavez and South Flores.

The female driver did not stop for the officer even though officials said he had his lights and sirens on.

The officer was treated at the scene. The woman was taken to the hospital with back injuries.

Police determined the woman had a total of seven outstanding warrants.
