A San Antonio police bomb squad truck caught fire Tuesday evening and investigators aren’t sure why.

It happened at the department’s Robbery Task Force Headquarters Building at 555 Academic Court around 7 p.m.

The truck, which was parked in a garage, was filled with smoke.

No explosives were inside the truck. However, one of the bomb squad’s robots used to look for explosives was damaged by the fire.
