Police are investigating a shooting that happened Friday night at the Alastian Heights subdivision in Castroville. According to the Medina County Sheriff’s Department the victim said he was at home when someone broke in. The suspect then shot the victim then took off. The victim was taken to University Hospital with a gunshot wound to his arm and is expected to be ok. Police are still investigating and looking for the suspect.
