A smash-and-grab on Sunday at the PC Outlet in the 2200 block of Northwest Loop 410 was caught on surveillance cameras.
In the video, two burglars are seen slamming a stolen commercial truck into a window and running out with 11 computers and two printers.
"Right now, detectives believe that there were two individuals involved," said Matt Porter, with the San Antonio Police Department. "They were in a stolen truck and they used that truck to break in the building."
"The window was still torn down," said Herman Artega, with PC Outlet. "So there was tons of glass. They actually had a repair crew and they were trying to put the window back on there. So it was pretty messy."
Artega said the same type of break-in happened just a week earlier.
However, this time, instead of having their surveillance cameras pointed at the front door, they had them pointed at that same window that was hit last time.
"We pointed our camera at the window in case it happened again, we would have a clear image," said Artega. "And it did. So we got pretty lucky there."
Artega said the owner didn't waste anytime getting the video out.
On that same Sunday, they posted it on YouTube (see below) and their Facebook page.
They also have it playing on a big screen inside the store, hoping someone may know something.
"It's terrible, said Artega. "Stealing is terrible, of course, but we're not even that big of a business."
PC Outlet is offering $1,000 for any information leading to an arrest.
