The San Antonio Spurs won the game but lost their point guard.

Tony Parker went down with a left ankle sprain late in the third quarter of Friday night's 130-102 victory over the Sacramento Kings.

Parker clutched his left leg after hitting the floor.

He was carried off the court to the locker room and did not return.

Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said Parker would be out for "a while" with the injury.

The Spurs play Sunday against the Detroit Pistons.

DeJuan Blair led the Spurs with 16 points against the Kings.
