Police have caught up with a man accused of robbing a convenience store clerk at gunpoint last November. Moses Navarro, 19, was arrested Wednesday.

According to an arrest affidavit, a photo of Navarro aired on local news channels and someone recognized him as the person who pulled a gun on a clerk at the Valero store in the 2600 block of Nogalitos.

Police said Navarro took money from the register while another suspect snatched beer from a cooler.

Detectives showed a photo to the clerk and said he recognized Navarro as the robber. The affidavit did not state whether the other suspect was arrested.
