SAN ANTONIO -

Two witnesses have identified Kacey Rhodes, 24, as the man who fired shots outside the Palace Men’s Club, wounding another man in the chest, San Antonio police said.

Rhodes was arrested Tuesday on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Police said witnesses told them Rhodes shot Michael Vivaldi, 33, in the chest during an argument outside the strip club near Loop 410 and Perrin Beitel.

Vivaldi was rushed to a hospital but his wound was not believed to be life-threatening.

Officers at the scene said Vivaldi intervened after an argument between a man and woman in the parking lot turned physical.

Witnesses told police the man then got a gun from his car and shot Vivaldi, the affidavit stated.

Detectives said two people easily identified Rhodes in a photo lineup as the man who fired the gun.
