SAN ANTONIO -

San Antonio police are asking for the public's help in finding out who shot a Northeast side man on Sept. 24, 2009.

Police said Evaristo Sierra, 31, was shot to death around 2:30 p.m. at a home in the 12000 block of Maverick Bluff.

A friend discovered Sierra inside the home suffering from a gunshot wound.

Witnesses said they saw a gold-colored, four-door sedan leaving the house with four black males inside, though police said they do not know if the men and the car are involved in the killing.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information which leads to the arrest of the people responsible for Sierra's death. As always, you do not have to give your name when you call. Call CRIME STOPPERS at 224-STOP (224-7867) or visit www.sacrimestoppers.com.
