Suspects sought in woman's death

San Antonio police are asking for the public's help as they try to track down a suspect in the unsolved murder of a local woman.

Lorena Mendoza Smith, 46, of San Antonio, was shot to death on May 28, 2011, police said.

Her body was found in the Hooters parking lot at Highway 281 and Bitters.

Investigators say she was talking with a friend when someone drove up and opened fire.

Police are searching for a red, four-door Toyota Rav4 that was seen parked next to Smith's car before fleeing the scene.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
