SAN ANTONIO -

Family and friends are mourning the loss of a San Antonio teen who police say was spraypainting graffiti on a stopped train when a second train hit and killed him.

That teen has been identified as 17-year-old Vincent Sauceda.

His family and friends say they loved him dearly and he will be missed.

Investigators say the crew of the Northbound Union Pacific train saw him spraypainting parked rail cars around 11 a.m. on Sunday near Thompson and General Hudnell.

They say they blew the horn as their train approached and Sauceda stopped -- apparently trying to get a can of spraypaint left on the tracks.

He was hit by the oncoming train and killed.
