A man and a woman were arrested early Wednesday morning for vandalizing a building north of downtown San Antonio, police said.

San Antonio police said officers caught the pair in the act at the vacant building at North Flores Street and W Russell Place around 1:30 a.m.

The pair fled when they saw officers, but San Antonio police launched the Blue Eagle helicopter and caught both suspects a short time later.

San Antonio police said the pair face misdemeanor charges for tagging. Their names and age were not available.
