SAN ANTONIO -

A driver lost control of his tanker truck and caused it to flip onto its side on Interstate 10 at Graytown Road early Friday morning.

Authorities said the driver was headed on I-10 westbound at around 1:30 a.m. when he crashed into the center median and the tanker fell over. The driver was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.

Hazmat crews were called to the scene to clean what spilled from the tanker, but officials said the tanker was not believed to be carrying hazardous materials.
