Texas A&M issues 'Code Maroon' for Friday
Despite campus-wide bomb threat, classes still scheduled
A written bomb threat discovered Thursday morning on the Texas A&M University campus warning of a bombing Friday.
However, authorities in College Station called the threat "questionable" and did not shut down the campus.
Security on the campus has been increased and a posting on the university's website said, "The campus community is asked to remain vigilant and immediately report any suspicious activity to police at (979) 845-2345."
This isn't the first threat against the university this year. Last month, a threat was made to the alumni center and the football stadium. One man was arrested for the alumni center threat.
The university's Spring Break is next week.
