NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas (AP) — Police say the fatal shooting of one man and the wounding of another at a North Texas Chinese restaurant apparently involved a former employee.
North Richland Hills police worked Wednesday to determine whether a seriously injured man found outside a burning car is the ex-worker and suspected gunman.
Investigator Keith Bauman says Tuesday afternoon's attack apparently involved workplace violence. He did not elaborate.
Bauman declined to release the names of the slain man, the wounded survivor or the injured person discovered Tuesday night near the burning car. Conditions of the two hospitalized men haven't been released.
Bauman says police have information connecting the burned vehicle to the person of interest sought in the shooting. Further details haven't been made public.
