What began as a traffic stop Monday has led to even bigger trouble for Paul Breault, 43, who is charged with his third drunken driving arrest.
An arrest affidavit stated that officers pulled Breault over Monday after realizing he had outstanding city warrants.
However, the affidavit stated that once they approached Breault, they realized he had been drinking.
The affidavit stated that Breault was given a breath test which indicated that his blood alcohol level was .217, or nearly three times the legal limit. A warrant was issued Tuesday for his arrest on a DWI charge.
