Two people were critically injured during a collision early Sunday morning.

It happened just after 2:45 a.m. at Loop 410 and Rigsby.

Police say an SUV slammed into a pick up truck that had stalled in the middle of the highway.

The impact of the collision caused the SUV to roll into a ditch and pushed the truck across the median.

The male drivers of both vehicles were taken to SAAMC in critical condition.
