URGENT - Rhode Island Travel Ban

(CNN) -- Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Chafee said cars and trucks -- except emergency and other select vehicles -- are banned from traveling on highways after 5 p.m. Friday as winter weather intensifies across the region.
