A driver had to be pulled out of his van after he crashed into a Southside Independent School District bus Thursday evening.
Bexar County sheriff's deputies said the bus had stopped to let a student off in the 800 block of Duke Road when it was rear-ended by the van.
Students were on the bus, but no injuries were reported. However, crews had to use the Jaw of Life to pull out the van's driver out.
He was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. Bexar deputies have not said if the driver would be charged or ticketed.
