KIRBY, Texas -

Police said they received about ten reports of shattered windows in Kirby on Saturday, Aug. 25.

Authorities said the vandals were likely teenagers. Due to the combined cost of the repairs, the vandals are facing serious charges and possible jail time.

Investigators said they have not been able to determine what device was used to cause the damage.

Linda Espinoza on Cinderella Street is one of the Kirby residents who awoke Saturday morning to broken glass on her vehicle.

"It is what it is. Normally it's pretty quiet around here," Espinoza said.

Anyone with information about the crime is encouraged to call the police.
