A woman suffered major head trauma in a Loop 410 crash and police say she was arguing with a passenger when the crash happened.

It was just after midnight Sunday when the woman lost control and slammed her car into a median on 410 near Marbach.

The impact threw her from the car and into a light pole.

She was not wearing a seat belt.

She hit her head and police say had critical trauma when EMS transported her to University Hospital.

Investigators suspect the woman was intoxicated.
