Worker killed at San Antonio seat belt factory identified

SAN ANTONIO -

A worker killed in an accident at a seat belt factory on the far West Side has been identified by the Bexar County medical examiner.

Abel Rodriguez, 52, died just before 9 a.m. Monday after he fell in into a press machine and got stuck at Takata Seat Belts, Inc., located in the 4600 block of Wiseman Boulevard.

Rodriguez was pronounced dead at the scene. Federal investigators are looking into the incident.
