SAN ANTONIO -

An argument between a group of men led to a shooting at a Southeast Side apartment complex late Wednesday night.

Gunshots were reported around 10 p.m. at the Spanish Spurs Apartments in the 6800 block of Pecan Valley Drive.

San Antonio police said four men were talking outside when an argument broke out for an unknown reason.

SAPD detectives said one of the men pulled out a gun and shot another in the chest.

The shooter fled the scene and remained at-large as of 6 a.m. Thursday. The victim was transported to San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.

Police said an investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
