Bexar County property taxes due Monday

All tax office locations open until 6:30 p.m. Monday

SAN ANTONIO – Monday, June 30, is the final deadline to pay property taxes in Bexar County.

Bexar County property taxpayers that took advantage of the half-payment option in November 2013 will need to pay the second half of their tax bill by the end of Monday to avoid penalties and interest, plus the possibility of up to 20 percent in attorney collection fees.

Delinquent taxpayers have until Monday as well to pay their taxes in full.

All tax office locations will be open until 6:30 p.m. Monday.

The Vista Verde downtown office located at 233 N. Pecos la Trinidad will have two curbside drop-offs available from 7:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m.

Customers can drop off their payments at the Vista Verde office on the W. Martin street side and also on the Interstate 35 side.

The Southside, Northeast, and Northwest substation locations will also have a curbside drop-off from 3:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
