SAN ANTONIO -

A Family Dollar store was burglarized early Monday morning after police say the suspects pried open the front door.

The burglary happened around 2:45 a.m. at Cupples and Kirk.

Officers arrived at the store to find the front door pried open and the burglary alarm bypassed.

The alleged burglars also destroyed the store's surveillance equipment.

Police say the burglars ran out the back door and fled in a black Pontiac car.

No word on what was taken from the store.
