As reported by CBSPhilly, Lenora Rice alleges tests show a number of artificial ingredients, including something called linalool, which is also used in cockroach insecticide. The lawsuit alleges the makers of the sparkling water are "intentionally misleading consumers."

The lawsuit seeks to stop LaCroix from claiming to be natural and to award damages to consumers who feel misled.

National Beverage Corp. officials say the lawsuit is "without basis in fact."
