Authorities said police tried to pull Stephens over, and after a brief pursuit, he shot and killed himself.

Stephens was wanted after he fatally shot a 74-year-old man Sunday. He posted video of the slaying on Facebook.

Cleveland's mayor said Stephen's death brings some closure in the slaying of an innocent man.
