SAN ANTONIO -

Teenagers in San Antonio will soon have the opportunity to compete for a chance to attend the FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

San Antonio is one of 10 U.S. cities chosen to host a Copa Coca-Cola event.

In March 400 San Antonio teens between the ages of 13 to 15 will compete against one another in a free soccer tournament.

The winning teams from the 10 cities will travel to Los Angeles in April to compete in the national tournament with 4,000 teens from across the country.

One boys team and one girls team from San Antonio will advance to Los Angeles.

The winners of the national tournament will travel to Brazil this summer to participate in the Copa Coca-Cola Soccer Camp during the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

The San Antonio tournament will be held March 21 and 22 at the practice fields on the campus of the University of Incarnate Word.
