SAN ANTONIO – In the three months since he was indicted, officers have not been able to find Omar Perez. Now, they're asking for help from the public.
Perez, 28, has been wanted for two counts of sexual assault since September 2015.
"The indictment alleged that Perez sexually assaulted a woman without her consent while she was unconscious and unable to resist," said Deputy US Marshal Chris Bozeman.
Perez is 5'11" tall and weighs 240 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
"His last known place of residence was on the north side of San Antonio," Bozeman said.
