SAN ANTONIO – A second man has been arrested and charged in connection with a robbery and fatal shooting at a bus stop in October.

Leonard Torres, 24, was charged with capital murder in the death of Nathan Valdez.

Torres' 25-year-old brother, Eduardo Torres, was arrested Friday in connection with the case.

According to an arrest affidavit, Valdez was waiting at a bus stop on South Presa near Conrad Street on Oct. 24 when the Torres brothers drove up in a white SUV.

The affidavit said that Leonard Torres got out of the SUV, and then robbed and shot Valdez.

Eduardo Torres was driving the SUV, the affidavit said.
