SAN ANTONIO -

San Antonio police are searching for a man in connection with an armed bank robbery on the city's Northwest side.

According to a police report, the robbery occurred at 3:23 p.m. Feb. 12, at the Capital One branch at 10803 Bandera Road.

Tellers told police a man in his late 20s walked into the bank, pulled out what appeared to be a handgun from his front pants pocket, and pointed the gun at someone standing near the doorway.

Police said the man took cash from three tellers, as a manager activated the silent panic button from inside an office.

The man with the gun took the cash and ran out of the bank toward a CVS Pharmacy across Tezel Road. Police searched for him but could not find him.
