ST. JOHN, Ind. – A wayward deer recently caused quite a scene inside an Indiana restaurant.
All was quiet early Monday morning inside the Aspen Cafe in St. John when the deer smashed through a restaurant window and began to run through the building.
Customers and restaurant workers scattered as the deer ran in and out of tables trying to escape its predicament.
NWI.com reports the Aspen Cafe had just opened an hour earlier, so the restaurant was fairly empty at the time of the deer surprise.
Thankfully, the deer found an open door and was able to get on its merry way.
But without a deerie doggie bag.
