WJBK reports the single-family home for sale on Zillow in Cayce, South Carolina is being sold as-is, and that includes the occupant who has never paid rent and no security deposit is being held.

In fact, the home's upstairs apartment is not even allowed to be shown to prospective buyers.
Other than that, the 4 bedroom, 3 bath 2,656 square foot home sounds like a steal for just $130,000.
