The FBI says 32-year-old Jason Lynn Hathorn and 30-year-old David Lee Sartin are now in custody and charged with bank robbery.

They say law enforcement tracked the men and arrested Sartin, finding items used in the robbery at an Amegy Bank branch in early August.

The FBI says video surveillance then led them to Hathorn, and more evidence from the bank robbery including the silicone old man mask, more than $8,000 in cash and the note used in the Amegy bank robbery.

They say they also found three ball caps matching those used in previous bank robberies.

The FBI says both men remain in custody pending a federal magistrate hearing next week.

If convicted, the men each face up to 20 years in federal prison.
