SAN ANTONIO -

A man in his 20s was shot after a feud reignited on the East Side late Tuesday night.

San Antonio police responded to a call for shots fired just before 10 p.m. at the corner of Hays and Hackberry streets.

Police believe the shooting was connected to a fight that happened earlier Tuesday at that same location. For reasons unknown, that feud reignited in the evening and the suspect opened fire, hitting the victim in the stomach.

The gunman, a man in his 30s, fled following the shooting and was not immediately located. The victim was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.
