Fire torched a South Side duplex early Sunday and sent one man running to escape the flames.
That fire happened just after midnight Sunday in the 200 block of Rosebud Lane.
Firefighters say flames shot from the duplex as they arrived.
One man had already gotten out of the burning home.
Fire crews managed to get the fire out, but not before it did significant damage to the duplex.
Firefighters estimate $50,000.
They're still working to figure out just what started that fire.
