SAN ANTONIO -

Residents in San Antonio and the Hill Country are waking up Tuesday to some of the coldest temperatures in years.

KSAT Weather Authority Meteorologist Mike Osterhage says temperatures will drop to the low 20s in town Tuesday morning and mid teens in the Hill Country.

Mike says San Antonio will reach a high of around 44 Tuesday, but the cold snap is expected to ease as we begin a mild warming trend.

The National Weather Service predicts a chance of drizzle after midnight Tuesday with a low around 40. The high on Wednesday is expected to reach around 60.
