SAN ANTONIO -

San Antonio police are asking for the public's help as they investigate a death of a man whose body was found on the Northeast Side.

The body of 42-year-old Robert Ybarra was found on Aug. 5, lying next to some railroad tracks in the 5000 block of Thousand Oaks.

Ybarra's cause of death remained unknown at the time when his body was found, however, authorities said it appeared he suffered from what looked like several instances of blunt force trauma.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
