KSAT12's SA Live hosts free concert

Featuring Country Music Singer and Writer Matt Caldwell

SAN ANTONIO – KSAT12's "SA Live" invites local music lovers to the live taping of a rare morning concert at The Buckhorn Saloon and Museum at 318 E. Houston Street in San Antonio. Country star Matt Caldwell will fire up the band and hit the stage on Monday morning, Aug. 18, at 11 a.m. and the event is free to the first one hundred people who show up. Everyone who gets in will be part of a live taping of a television appearance on KSAT12. Matt Caldwell is from the small town of Nevada, Texas and began singing at an early age.  He's worked in Nashville and recently released his current EP "What Cowboys Do" featuring the hit singles "Drink Another", "I Know Mexico" and "What Cowboys Do". Matt has opened up for numerous artists including Luke Bryan, Travis Tritt, David Allen Coe, Kevin Fowler, Eli Young, Roger Creager, and Wade Bowen.  Matt says "writing and performing is the most amazing job in the world.  All of the hard work is worth it when you stand on stage and watch people sing along and enjoy your music."
