Man, 20, arrested for role in home invasion, police say

Zachary Wiatrek faces aggravated robbery charge

SAN ANTONIO – A 20-year-old man who is accused of taking part in a home invasion on the city's South Side has been arrested, police said Wednesday.

Zachary Wiatrek recently went to a home to try to speak with a man regarding an upcoming court date, but when the man's wife informed Wiatrek that he wasn't available, Wiatrek left -- and then came back with two other men who were all armed with handguns, according to an arrest affidavit.

The group forced its way inside the home by kicking down a door, and threatened the woman if she called police, police said.
