A 31-year-old man is accused of hitting a 16-year old boy in the head with the teenager's skateboard.
According to an arrest affidavit, Nicholas Bernard Wedige approached the boy at a neighborhood pool on July 3.
Wedige and the teen got into an argument over an apparent break-in at the teen's house the day before.
According to the affidavit, the argument turned physical and Wedige took the teen's skateboard and walked away.
The teenager followed Wedige to get the skateboard back, but the suspect hit him over the head with the skateboard, which left the teen with a large cut, the affidavit stated.
The teen reported the incident to police, and Wedige was taken into custody. He was charged with robbery and bodily injury, the affidavit stated.
