SAN ANTONIO – A man was found dead Saturday morning on Interstate 10 on the city's East Side.
Officers responded to I-10 East near Houston Street just after 1 a.m.

Police believe the man might have been in an accident because there was damage to the guardrail where his truck was found.
The medical examiner has identified the man as Matthew Drew, 24.
