SAN ANTONIO – A 21-year-old man has been charged with murder after several witnesses told police investigators he beat a man to death at the San Antonio Amtrak station.
Police say Michael Fobbs was alarmingly calm when they questioned him about the crime shortly after it happened Thursday night.

Witnesses told police Fobbs looked angry and was pacing right before they saw him beating the 56-year-old man as he sat on a bench outside the waiting area.
They say they held Fobbs at the station while they waited for police to arrive.
