Police: Man crashed into several parked cars before plowing into North Side home

Police administered sobriety test at scene

SAN ANTONIO – Police are trying to determine whether alcohol was involved in a string of accidents on the city's North Side.

According to police, the driver of a truck crashed into several parked cars in the 1100 block of West Magnolia Avenue early Sunday morning. The man kept driving, jumped a curb and crashed into the garage of a home, police said. 

Authorities estimate damages to be between $5,000 and $7,000. 

The driver was not hurt.
