A man driving a Silver Eagle beer distributor vehicle was arrested Friday night, suspected of driving drunk.
A witness says she saw the suspect crash into a car on Highway 90 and Probandt.
She then said the driver fled the scene and was weaving in and out of traffic at high speeds.
She says she called dispatchers to report him.
"He was driving on the shoulder lanes. He was driving in between 18-wheelers and vehicles when it was only two lanes on 410," said the witness. "I think he was drunk."
The suspect was finally taken into custody on Interstate 10 and Foster Road.
Officers said he refused a field sobriety test so they had to give him blood draw.
The man was charged with DWI. His name was not immediately released.
