A man is in serious condition after he rolled his car over and had to be cut out by firefighters.
It happened just before 2 a.m. Saturday on Highway 90 west and 151.
Police say a man in his late 20's was traveling west on Highway 90, about to take the 151 exit, when he suddenly changed his mind and cut across two lanes of the highway.
He clipped the barricade, causing his car to roll.
Police say the car slid about 30 feet on its roof before it came to a stop.
Firefighters had to cut the driver out of the vehicle.
The man was transported by EMS in serious condition.
