A man was hospitalized Monday morning after he was run over by a train on the West Side.
The man was struck by the train just after 2:30 a.m. on the tracks near Brady and Frio City Road.
According to San Antonio police, the train's first two engines ran over the man, but he was still alive when paramedics arrived.
He was taken to University Hospital in critical condition. Police believe he may have been intoxicated.
