SAN ANTONIO -

A man was flung from a moving truck Monday evening after an argument in southeast San Antonio.

According to police, the man and a woman were arguing around 6:30 p.m. in the 3900 block of Bremen when the woman attempted to drive away in a white truck.

As she was doing so, the man tried to get into the truck with her. A witness described seeing the man thrown from the truck into a light pole.

Police said the man also struck a mailbox. He was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center with possible life-threatening injuries.

The female continued driving and ran into two vehicles, police said. She was taken into custody on Hiawatha near Hallie.

Investigators have not announced what charges she could face.
