SAN ANTONIO – A man accused of sexually assaulting a runaway girl in Louisiana was arrested in San Antonio Saturday.
Louisiana detectives contacted the San Antonio Police Department and reported a 14-year old girl as a runaway who had been sexually assaulted by a man named Samuel Nilson.

An SAPD officer spotted Nilson and the 14-year-old girl at a store and arrested him.
Police said Nilson admitted to sexually assaulting the girl three times, twice in Louisiana and once at Nilson’s address in San Antonio. The young girl confirmed the assaults.
Nilson’s bond has been set at $75,000.
