Man wanted in east side store robbery

SAN ANTONIO -

San Antonio police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who they said robbed an east side convenience store.

Police said sometime between 1 a.m. and 2:15 a.m. on Sunday, April 7, the man broke into the Fort Sam Mart, located at 1103 Mason St., via the roof and disarmed the alarm system.

Police said he stole a "large volume" of merchandise and fled back through the roof.

The man was caught on surveillance cameras committing the crime.
